Jefe de Marca Tigo Money Objetivo del puesto Liderar la estrategia de marca, posicionamiento y comunicación, gestionando las iniciativas de marketing con foco en los objetivos comerciales y la retención de clientes. Perfil requerido Más de 5 años de experiencia en marketing. Perfil data-driven. Experiencia comprobable lanzamiento de marca a escala masiva y/o rebranding. Experiencia en gestión de agencias creativas y de medios (ATL + digital). Capacidad de briefing, evaluación y aprobación de materiales. Conocimiento del ecosistema financiero/fintech o telco en Paraguay o LATAM. Familiaridad con billeteras digitales y medios de pago. Capacidad de gestión de presupuesto y P&L de marketing. Experiencia en planificación y rendición de inversión en medios. Responsabilidades principales Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia marca, posicionamiento y comunicación. Liderar el proyecto de rebranding. Gestión de arquitectura de marca, agencia creativa y cronograma de migración. Gestionar el presupuesto de marketing end-to-end: planificación, ejecución, seguimiento y rendición. Gestionar las agencias externas: creativa, medios (ATL/digital), producción audiovisual. Briefing, aprobación de materiales y control de calidad. Trabajar transversalmente con el equipo comercial para campañas basadas en datos: segmentación de usuarios, medición de impacto y optimización de KPIs de retención.
